About the Role

Mercer's Governance and Scheme Management team is seeking a highly skilled Senior Retirement Consulting Analyst to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to further your career and work with a great multi-disciplinary team that provides clients with leading-edge advice across all key disciplines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide governance consulting and scheme secretary services to trustee boards and/or sole trustees
  • Develop and maintain governance and risk documents
  • Communicate with key stakeholders and implement project plans
  • Manage action points and write minutes
Requirements
  • Pensions experience, ideally in governance consulting and scheme management
  • Technical pensions knowledge and knowledge of current regulatory regime
  • Good understanding of current pension issues and how they impact clients
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Relevant pensions qualifications or studying towards
