Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Marketing Executive to join our Marketing department at MB&G Insurance. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving our marketing initiatives forward and enhancing our brand's presence across online and offline channels.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of executing data-driven campaigns across various online platforms. You will be responsible for coordinating and implementing various marketing strategies with a key focus on all things digital, including social media, email marketing, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
Key Responsibilities- Lead digital marketing campaigns across key customer journeys, including social media, SMS, email, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
- Help manage paid and organic social media presence on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Drive email marketing initiatives from segmentation to content creation, scheduling, and tracking.
- Employ digital analytics tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Insights to monitor campaign performance and analyse metrics.
- Collaborate with teams, internally and externally, to align digital marketing efforts with overarching business objectives.
- CIM or bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on key areas such as social media, email marketing, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, and others.
