Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from £38,500 to £41,500 per annum, with an on-target earnings potential of £45,650. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including:

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Medical Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year's post-registration experience as a nurse, occupational therapist, physiotherapist, paramedic, or doctor. They will also need to be fully registered with a relevant UK regulatory body and have a valid PIN with no restrictions.

  • Excellent observational and communication skills, with the ability to listen, empathize, and delve deeper
  • Capability to work efficiently, produce timely reports, and meet targets
  • Proficiency in IT, Microsoft Office, and remote system access
  • A valid driving license or access to transportation to attend the nearest assessment centre

Working Hours

This is a full-time position, contracted for 37.5 hours per week. Flexible working hours can be agreed with your line manager after training, balancing business needs with your work-life balance. Working hours can be between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Friday, with an unpaid one-hour lunch break. We require a minimum of four weeks' notice for any rota changes.
