Management Accountant / Analyst - Helston / Hybrid - £30-35,000

Trial Balance Consulting, a specialist services business, is seeking a skilled Management Accountant to join their finance team. As a key member of the team, you will provide financial analysis and commercial management information to support business growth.

The role involves producing monthly and quarterly management accounts, providing financial intelligence to the senior finance team, and commenting on financial reporting pack data. You will also identify areas for improving financial performance and assist in budgeting and business planning.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced candidate with a background in business partnering or management accounting. You will possess excellent IT skills, particularly in MS Excel, and be able to work independently in a hybrid working arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Production of monthly and quarterly management accounts with accompanying commentary.
2. Provide financial intelligence to support ongoing projects and cash flow analysis.
3. Comment on financial reporting pack data to financial and non-financial department leaders.
4. Identify areas for improving financial performance.
5. Assist in budgeting and business planning.
