About the Role


As a Chief Risk Governance Officer at ENGINEERINGUK, you will play a crucial role in establishing and deploying risk management strategies for service providers.



Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with teams across ENGINEERINGUK to ensure that provider risks are understood and consistent with company objectives and risk methodologies.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to develop risk-centric programs that protect the firm, funds, and clients.
  • Address systemic risks by applying significant metrics and holding providers accountable for service excellence.
  • Construct documents and presentations to present program findings to regulators, fund boards, and risk constituents.
  • Participate in cross-functional working groups to set up new products with a focus on provider risk profile and capabilities.
  • Develop key provider data and metrics to drive data-driven decisions.
  • Create risk and relationship dashboards using data effectively.


Requirements

  1. A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related quantitative field.
  2. At least 5 years of experience in the investment industry, data analytics, or audit/consulting.
  3. Ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple responsibilities, and solve situations using a risk-based methodology.
  4. Strong communication skills to build relationships with cross-functional teams.
