We are currently seeking a skilled Production Coordinator to join our Environment team in Technical Art. This full-time, permanent position will be based in our state-of-the-art game development studio in the heart of London.

As a key member of our production team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects. Your experience and expertise will help us maintain our high standards and drive innovation in the gaming industry.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist in tracking and scheduling tasks for our production team, coming from various departments.
  • Proactively identify and resolve production issues, ensuring seamless communication between Art, Code, and Design disciplines.
  • Streamline project management processes by understanding the needs and workflows of the Environment team and connected teams.
  • Help manage task flow and information exchange between disciplines and team members.
  • Assign, prioritize, and track tasks using our in-house project management tools.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • Proven industry experience in a production role on at least one AAA title or in VFX, film, or TV, with an understanding of production pipelines.
  • Experience with Shotgrid, Confluence, and other project tracking and bug database software.
  • Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and passion for game development and project management.
  • Eagerness to learn new workflows and software tools.
  • Motivated, flexible, and autonomous individual.
  • Understanding of software development practices.
  • Previous experience working in games, entertainment, tech, or similar creative industries.

**Benefits:**
