Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum

As a Field Service Engineer with Costa Coffee, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Costa Express equipment. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your technical skills, work with a talented team, and enjoy a competitive salary and benefits package.

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Field Service Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Diagnosing and resolving technical issues with our Costa Express equipment
  • Providing exceptional customer service to our partners and customers
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless equipment maintenance and support

Key Responsibilities

In addition to the above, you will also be expected to:

Requirements
