Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Lead to join our team at MTrec Technical. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and maximize productivity
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and address maintenance needs and opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and standards
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance
