Job Description:


We are seeking an experienced Airport Controller to join our team as a Duty Operations Controller (DOC). In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our flying program, including Search and Rescue (SAR), VIP charter, and bespoke trial support aircraft.



Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate flight watches of all company aircraft.
  • Coordinate the expeditious dispatch of SAR, VIP, and trial support aircraft to minimize delays and client inconvenience.
  • Fly planning - filing flight plans, coordinating with civil and military ATC where required.
  • Weather and NOTAM monitoring.
  • Arrange handling, airport slots, fuel, PPR, and necessary permits.
  • Resource allocation and supervision of ramp staff and GSE.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.


Requirements:

  • Strong IT literacy and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to demonstrate an understanding of crew rostering and resource management.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • GCSE standard or equivalent in science-based disciplines.
  • Knowledge of civilian aircrew/commercial aviation rules and regulations.
