Job Responsibilities:

As a Specialty Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support to healthcare professionals.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and databases.
  • Coordinating tasks, managing workload, and prioritizing responsibilities effectively.
  • Ensuring timely communication and information exchange within the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A good standard of basic education, including GCSE English Language or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Experience working with IT systems, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work in a busy environment, adhere to targets, and organize your own work.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including a professional telephone manner.
  • Problem-solving skills, ability to use initiative, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Estimated Salary Range:

The estimated salary range for this role is £23,500 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
