The role involves collecting monies due on the corporate accounts receivable ledger, resolving queries efficiently, and ensuring accounts are up-to-date and credit limits are not unduly affected.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate records of accounts receivable
- Communicate effectively with customers to resolve queries and disputes
- Monitor and analyze credit limits to prevent over-extensions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless financial operations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in credit control or a related field within a corporate environment
- Strong data entry and customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Excel and other financial software
