Territory Sales Manager

About the Role
Axis Communications is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales revenue in your assigned area, developing and implementing sub-regional strategies, and providing market input to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, system integrators, end customers, and technology partners.
- Manage project pipeline and handle project pricing within set guidelines.
- Provide monthly input and forecast, including performances and other initiatives.
- Monitor processes to improve efficiency in the assigned area.
- Participate in trade shows and exhibitions, and drive follow-up activities to maximize sales returns.
Requirements
- 5+ years of sales and management experience in B2B.
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding quarterly revenue expectations.
- Understanding of the marketing landscape, account and strategic planning, and complex sales negotiation.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and ready to challenge the status quo.
- Ability to drive change in a structured and effective way.
- High integrity and self-awareness, able to professionally handle conflicts with customers or colleagues.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organizational and follow-through skills.
- Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
- Fluency in English, written and spoken.
