About the Role

This is a full-time permanent position based in the Biomedical Imaging Science Department within the Leeds Institute of Cardiovascular and Metabolic Medicine, supported by an NIHR BRC and BHF Accelerator award. The department has access to state-of-the-art facilities, including 3 dedicated research MRI scanners and a small animal imaging centre with a 7T Bruker MRI scanner.

As Associate Professor, you will have the opportunity to carry out research, teaching, and management within the school, faculty, and university, contributing to academic leadership in the field of cardiovascular disease with a specific emphasis on cardiovascular imaging, particularly CMR.
