Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Manager to join our team at Stirling Warrington. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our electrical systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of electrical systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address electrical system issues and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance personnel to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in electrical maintenance and management, preferably in a similar industry or sector.
  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and equipment, including troubleshooting and repair techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
