Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Residential Surveyor to join our team. As a Residential Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting Level 2 and Level 3 RICS surveys, associated valuations, and assessments of residential properties. This includes inspecting properties, evaluating their conditions, identifying potential issues or hazards, and providing detailed reports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct L2 and L3 RICS surveys of residential properties
  • Perform associated valuations and assessments
  • Inspect properties, evaluate conditions, and identify potential issues or hazards
  • Provide detailed reports to clients and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Experience in residential property surveys and assessments
  • Knowledge of building construction, regulations, and safety standards
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Proficiency in using surveying tools and software
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Professional accreditation or certification in surveying (RICS/VRS)
