Part Time Care Worker

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate individual to fill a part-time Care Worker position in the Orpington area. This role offers a chance to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients and their families, while working in a supportive and dynamic team environment.
About the RoleThis part-time position involves providing personalized care and support to individuals in their homes. You will be responsible for assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management, as well as providing emotional support and companionship.
Key Responsibilities- Providing high-quality care and support to clients in their homes
- Assisting with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and medication management
- Preparing meals and snacks, as needed
- Accompanying clients on outings and engaging in activities that promote socialization and enjoyment
- Maintaining accurate records of client care and progress
To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a genuine passion for caregiving. You should also be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to scheduling and tasks.
What We OfferAs a member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary of £13-14.15 per hour, plus double pay for bank holidays. You will also receive 34p mileage reimbursement and a Blue Light Discount Card. Additionally, we offer generous paid holiday entitlement and out-of-hours support for any questions or concerns you may have.
