Join Our Team as a Junior Client Manager

Olivia Ruella Limited, a small but growing East Kent accountancy practice, is seeking a talented and ambitious individual to fill the role of Junior Client Manager. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and review of statutory year-end accounts
  • Production and review of management accounts
  • VAT production and submission
  • Payroll processing
  • Overseeing the bookkeeping function for the firm
  • Developing strong working relationships with key clients
  • Implementing processes and controls to support the firm's growth

Requirements:

  • AAT qualified or later ACCA/ACA studier
  • 5 years' broad-based practice experience
  • Ability to thrive in a small firm environment
  • Strong people management skills
