We are recruiting for an experienced Public Health Nurse to join our team in Dagenham.
Salary Range: £40,000 - £50,000 per year
About the RoleThis challenging and rewarding role involves delivering health visiting services to children and families in the community. As a Health Visitor, you will work closely with other agencies to ensure the best possible outcomes for families.
Main Responsibilities:
- Providing the Healthy Child Programme, including assessments and interventions.
- Conducting home visits and clinics to support child health and development.
- Liaising with other agencies to ensure effective service delivery.
Essential Qualifications:
- Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (SCPHN) qualification.
- Registered nurse qualification.
Working Arrangements: Full-time position, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
