Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional service to internal and external customers
  • Manage product availability efficiently
  • Complete tasks timely and maintain efficient processes
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with team members and stakeholders
  • Take ownership of personal development and workload management
  • Collaborate with the Packaging Designer Manager to develop packaging concepts and artwork aligned with the brand
  • Innovate and deliver commercial packaging solutions across various categories
  • Ensure brand consistency and future innovation
  • Manage workload requirements and communicate progress effectively
  • Maintain packaging supplier manuals in collaboration with the sourcing team
  • Understand and meet design briefs, actively seeking improvement and cost-saving opportunities
  • Stay updated with relevant industry practices and technical requirements
  • Work with management systems to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Liaise with the sourcing team, B&M teams, and external suppliers as necessary
  • Deliver packaging concepts to final artwork, including mock-ups, accurately and within deadlines
  • Implement and contribute to the development of company brand guidelines

Requirements

We are looking for a Packaging Artworker with:

  • Previous packaging design role with at least 3 years experience (retail / fashion preferable)
  • Packaging Design/Graphic Design related degree or equivalent
