Job Title: Chief Financial Strategist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Chief Financial Strategist to join our team at One to One Personnel. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the management accounts team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing insightful analysis to support decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:
* Leading the Accounting & Finance department and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
* Preparation and presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
* Developing financial strategies and setting targets for the team.
* Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
* Overseeing budgeting and financial planning processes.
* Liaising with external auditors and managing internal audits.
* Providing financial advice to the organisation's leadership.
* Promoting a culture of financial awareness and responsibility across the organisation.

Requirements:
* Must have further education experience
* CIMA, CIPFA, ACCA, ICA
* 3 years in a similar senior role
* A professional qualification in Accounting or Finance.
* Proven experience in a senior financial management role.
* Excellent understanding of financial regulations and standards.
* Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* The ability to formulate and implement financial strategies.

What We Offer:
* Salary in the range of £60,000 - £65,000 per year.
* Monday to Friday 37 hours per week (Friday working from home)
* Hybrid working arrangements, providing a balance of office and remote work.
