Join Our Team

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Maintenance & Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team at the Westbury Dairy Plant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our plant and maintaining a high level of safety and efficiency.

About the Role

This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, with a competitive salary and benefits package. You will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and technicians, ensuring that all maintenance and engineering activities are carried out to the highest standard.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in engineering and maintenance, with experience of leading a team. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels.
