Role Overview:

This position offers a unique opportunity to grow your career as an Inside Sales Professional with Coppersmith Recruitment. As a Low-Code Solutions Expert, you will be instrumental in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will work closely with our sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities and cultivate strong relationships with prospects.

Your expertise in sales development, lead generation, and relationship building will be essential in this role. You will also collaborate with our marketing team to align on campaign content and contribute to shared goals.

About the Position:

  • Pursue new business opportunities through proactive research and outreach efforts.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our low-code development platform and its applications across various industries.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct targeted research into accounts and territories to identify key contacts and gather insights for successful prospecting.
  • Generate new leads through personalized outreach via phone, email, social media, and industry events.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with prospects to aid in the progression of sales opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in a sales or customer-facing role.
  • Previous sales experience in lead generation, sales development, or recruitment.
  • A-Level or equivalent education.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary: £24,000 per year.
  • Bonus scheme and commission pay.
  • Hybrid remote work arrangement with 3 days spent at our Central Reading offices.
