Leading Paediatric Nurse Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Paediatric Nurse to join our team as a Nurse Manager for complex care packages. The successful candidate will be based in the Cornwall catchment area and will have the opportunity to develop their leadership skills in a well-established provider of complex care services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement care plans for patients with complex needs
- Liaise with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
- Lead and mentor a team of Paediatric Nurses
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided
Requirements:
- Valid Paediatric Nursing qualification
- Proven experience in Paediatric Nursing
- Leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
