Care and Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Care and Support Specialist to join our team in East Lincolnshire, working 32 hours per week. This role is part of our Operational Team, focusing on improving the lives of carers through support and guidance.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, enabling them to effectively manage conversations with carers to identify their needs. The successful applicant will also be responsible for writing statutory carers assessments on behalf of Carers First. This involves working closely with carers to understand their requirements and providing recommendations for support.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around £30,000-£40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
