Skilled Tradesperson

We are recruiting for a highly skilled Toolmaking Professional to join our team at Vibe Recruit Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing complex tooling equipment, including injection moulding and press tools.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, with experience working with precision instruments and machinery. You will be expected to demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as part of a dynamic team.

Main Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks on tooling equipment.
• Demonstrate expertise in press / deep drawing tools.
• Manufacture spare parts, both to drawing and through means of using own initiative.

Negotiable salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, dependent on experience. A minimum of 4 years' experience as a Toolmaker or completion of a 4-year indentured apprenticeship is required. City & Guilds or O.N.C in mechanical or electrical engineering would be advantageous.
