About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Fundraiser to join our team in Scotland. As a Community Fundraiser, you will play a key role in generating and growing income through community fundraising activities, raising awareness about our charity's work, and recruiting and supporting the fundraising of individuals, challenge event participants, Fundraising Groups, and Charity of the Year partnerships.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience in community fundraising, donor management, and stewardship
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to converse sensitively and empathetically
  • Experience working to and meeting targets
  • A high level of empathy for our cause
