Allen & York is excited to collaborate with a prominent ecological consultancy. The team consists of highly skilled environmental specialists engaged in a variety of stimulating projects throughout the UK, including residential, governmental, and infrastructure initiatives.

Our client seeks a dedicated Environmental Consultant to oversee projects, generate reports, conduct assessments, and collaborate with senior personnel on larger, more intricate assignments.

Applicants should possess a degree in a relevant field and hold membership with CIEEM. With substantial experience in an ecological consultancy, candidates must have at least one Natural England protected species class licence or be in the process of obtaining one. Demonstrable expertise in ecological project oversight and survey methodologies is essential, along with a solid understanding of pertinent UK and European legislation, policies, and guidelines. Excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a collaborative spirit are crucial for success in this role.

A valid UK driving licence is required for this position.
