Job Title: Veterinary Surgeon (Glasgow & Surrounding area)

Hours: Full-time/ part time can be considered

Your Role and Responsibilities:

As a Veterinary Surgeon at Pets 'n' Vets, you will be part of a supportive team that thrives on building rapport with our longstanding client base and providing high-level clinical care for our patients. This position is ideal for vets who want to expand their caseload and develop their skills in our established clinics.

We have a wonderful, friendly team at Pets 'n' Vets, and any new associates will be warmly welcomed. Our large Vet team includes certificate holders in Surgery, ECC, Cardiology, and Medicine.

Your time will be split between Hairmyres, Blantyre, and our 12 vet Roundhouse Hospital. Hairmyres is fully equipped with two consult rooms, x-ray, dental including dental x-ray, ultrasound, theater, and lab equipment allowing in-house bloods, urinalysis, and cytology.

The role also offers regular rota'd days working at the Roundhouse Hospital, allowing you to follow more advanced cases and have direct access to the wonderful services and facilities within the hospital.

You will have exposure to laparoscopic procedures, BOAS, orthopaedic surgeries, and advanced imaging including mobile CT. There will be support from certificate holders in surgery: soft tissue and orthopedic, cardiology, medicine, and ECC.
