About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Nurse to join our team at Appoint Group. As an Occupational Health Nurse, you will be responsible for providing professional support and guidance to employees on site, conducting clinical assessments, and promoting wellbeing and health.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional support and guidance to employees on site
  • Conduct clinical assessments of clients presenting minor illness and injury
  • Deliver wellbeing assessments, health promotion, safety critical medicals, and travel assessments
  • Assess fitness to work for the appropriate job role
  • Conduct health surveillance
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with a valid NMC UK pin and no restrictions
  • Diploma or degree in Occupational Health (preferable)
  • At least 1 year of experience in an Occupational Health setting
  • Experience in A&E, intensive care, or GP surgeries (considered)
  • Excellent knowledge of occupational health and employment legislation

Person Specification: All applicants must be a Registered Nurse in the UK with at least 1 year of UK Occupational Health experience. Applicants must have full eligibility to live and work in the UK.
