A renowned design studio, Network - Career Consultants, is seeking a highly skilled Luxury Visual Design Lead to spearhead the creation of cutting-edge visual concepts for luxury fashion and hospitality brands.

As part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for developing innovative ideas that push the boundaries of branding in the luxury sectors. With a strong focus on high-end fashion and hospitality, you'll work across a range of high-profile projects that blend contemporary design with a fashion-forward aesthetic.

Your portfolio should demonstrate an understanding of luxury branding, a strong sense of typography, and a keen eye for detail. You'll be expected to take creative direction and apply it to disruptive campaigns that captivate audiences across digital and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the creative process, working within established brand guidelines while developing innovative ideas.
  • Collaborate with Art Directors and photographers on shoots and campaigns, ensuring creative concepts are executed at the highest standard.
  • Create engaging visual content for digital, social media, and advertising campaigns that reflect the luxury, sophistication, and aesthetics of high-end fashion and hospitality brands.
  • Develop typographic and branding assets that enhance brand identity across various platforms.
  • Assist in the art direction of photoshoots and on-set design to bring creative concepts to life.

About You:

  • Experience in a similar design role, preferably within the luxury fashion or hospitality sector.
  • A strong fashion aesthetic and an exceptional portfolio showcasing contemporary branding, typography, and visual storytelling.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and an understanding of digital design tools.
  • Experience working with art direction on shoots and campaigns – this is highly desirable.
  • A passion for pushing creative boundaries and creating disruptive campaigns that captivate luxury brand audiences.
  • Ability to collaborate with a creative team and communicate ideas clearly.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a high standard of work and an eye for refinement.

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
