Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Systems Engineer to join our team at Workonblockchain. As a Lead Systems Engineer, you will play a critical role in defining technical solutions, managing and de-risking interface connections across functional chains, and engaging in collaboration across all disciplines for comprehensive solution design.

As a seasoned professional in the field, you will have a proven track record of leading teams to develop feasible solutions within deadlines, costs, and quality standards. You should be comfortable providing real-time coaching to other systems engineers, facilitating their technical development. Collaboration is key, so you must be capable of interfacing with internal and external stakeholders to ensure cohesion in design objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Define technical solutions ranging from requirements elicitation and decomposition to establishing architecture aligned with Operational Concepts and Solution Architecture.
  • Manage and de-risk interface connections across functional chains and define necessary interfaces for the solution and its elements.
  • Participate in upfront Integration, Validation, Verification, and Qualification (IVVQ) activities to support the IVVQ Manager.
  • Lead design trade-offs to promote optimal designs and help identify risk areas during IVVQ and sell-off processes.
