Our client, a leading supplier of civils products to the agricultural and construction sectors, is seeking a Sales Executive to join their team. Based in their countryside offices near Sutton Coldfield, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and growing the company's profitability by generating new business and handling inbound sales calls.

The Role:
  1. To maintain and grow the profitability of the company by generating new business and handling inbound sales calls.
  2. Help to plan sales campaigns and work with the marketing department to implement these.
  3. Handle incoming enquiries from various sources.
  4. Grow existing customers' sales and profit by constantly seeking opportunities.
  5. Create and manage a sales pipeline.
The Candidate:
  1. Must have a minimum of 2 years outbound internal sales experience (B2B).
  2. Excellent interpersonal skills for building and developing relationships with clients.
  3. Strong project management and organisational skills.
