Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Audit and Accounts Manager/Senior Manager to join our team. As a key member of our accounting and finance team, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of audit, accounts, and advisory services to a varied client portfolio. You will also advise clients on wider planning and advisory project work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the delivery of audit, accounts, and advisory services to clients
  • Advise clients on wider planning and advisory project work
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention
  • Lead and manage a team of accountants and finance professionals

Requirements:

  • ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified or equivalent
  • Experience in a UK accountancy practice, with a mix of audit and accounts/tax, and general accountancy practice service delivery
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
