**Activity Therapist Role Overview**

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Activity Therapist to join our team at a leading care home in Ireland. As an Activity Therapist, you will play a vital role in enhancing residents' quality of life through engaging, personalised activity programs that promote joy and social connection.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Plan and lead creative, tailored activities for residents, including group events and individualised programs.
  2. Foster a positive, social environment, ensuring activities meet the needs of residents, including those with dementia.

Requirements:

  • Passionate about creative activities and elderly care.
  • Experience working with dementia residents is beneficial.
  • Strong communication skills and flexibility with hours.
