Job Overview
Pertemps Bond are currently recruiting experienced Food Production Operatives to join their team in a temp to perm capacity. The successful candidate will be an integral part of a multi-skilled operation within a warehouse/production environment, producing food products supplied to major supermarket chains.

The role requires following recipes accurately, weighing and mixing food ingredients, labelling and packaging finished products, conducting quality checks, and operating various production machinery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow established recipes and guidelines.
  • Weigh and mix food ingredients as required.
  • Label and package finished products efficiently.
  • Conduct regular quality checks to ensure product quality.
  • Operate various production machinery, including mixing machines.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, applicants should come from a Food Production environment, with experience in the duties mentioned above. They must have an eye for detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to follow written instructions with ease. Additionally, they should be able to work within a team to achieve end results and possess own transport for travel purposes.

Working Arrangements
This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 0700 - 1700 hours. The estimated salary for this role is £11,440 per annum, based on the location and industry standards.
