About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Visual Effects Producer to join our team at Flipbook Studio. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for managing artists, client expectations, and schedules across multiple productions.

This is a hybrid position that requires the ability to work partially from home and in our Manchester city centre studio. If you are unable to work from our Manchester studio a few days a week, please do not apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Collaborate with artists, designers, and other stakeholders to bring creative visions to life.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
  • Oversee project schedules, setting milestones and managing overall deliverables.
  • Ensure excellent communication and organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Report project status directly to the Head of Production and draw attention to specific needs and issues.
  • Maintain a positive, upbeat, creative, and professional team environment.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in the VFX/CGI or animation industry, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality projects.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
  • Proficient in MS Office packages and F-track or similar production management software.
  • Good understanding of AI and AI workflows.
