Private Client Lead Job Description:

Taylor Rose Recruitment Ltd is working with a leading firm in Chichester who require an experienced Private Client Lead to manage their Private Client Tax team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and significant experience in managing a portfolio of clients. They will be responsible for tax planning, compliance, and advisory services to HNWIs, Directors, and OMBs.

The ideal candidate will have CTA PQ/ ATT qualification or equivalent and a strong background in personal tax expertise. They will be required to identify tax planning opportunities, review tax compliance, and mentor junior staff. Additionally, they will lead client meetings, build strong relationships, and contribute to the delivery of ad-hoc tax projects.

The estimated salary for this role is £75,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include a hybrid working arrangement, flexible hours, paid overtime, and a generous holiday entitlement.

This is an excellent opportunity for a career-driven individual to progress to Director level within the company.
