About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Account Development Specialist to join our team at Inspired Thinking Group. The successful candidate will have a strong administrative background, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.

As an Account Development Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting the Account Manager with print requirements and project-based work. Your focus will be on providing operational support and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to the Account Manager, including preparing briefs and specifications for suppliers.
  • Assisting with quotation processes and working closely with suppliers and the Account Manager.
  • Servicing stores and handling helpline queries in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining accurate job history via management information systems and managing the master database.
  • Managing client artwork, brief requirements, and timings effectively.
  • Briefing relevant parties on project progress and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Managing projects for campaigns and ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Supplying weekly reports and analytics.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must be highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Full driving license and willingness to travel to suppliers, offices, and customer sites.
  • Previous experience in a client-facing environment is essential.
  • Able to work in an ever-changing environment with multiple priorities.
  • Experience of working in retail or similar industry is desirable.
  • Commitment to the role and teamwork is required.
  • Basic understanding of Excel is preferred.
