About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Advisor to join our Poundland Logistics team based at the Springvale Distribution Centre in Bilston. This on-site role offers the opportunity to provide expert HR support to our distribution teams, helping to improve performance, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with our policies and best practices.

Your Impact and Responsibilities

As an HR Advisor, you will support the distribution teams in improving key performance indicators such as absence rates, labour turnover, and succession planning. You will provide expert advice on employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinaries, and absence management. You will also ensure compliance with HR policies while balancing commercial needs and risk considerations.
