Maths Teaching Opportunity

We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Maths Teacher to join our team at Veritas Education Recruitment Ltd.

The role involves delivering engaging and effective maths lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4, with a focus on developing their maths skills and confidence.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Developing and delivering high-quality maths lessons that cater to the needs of all students.
  • SUPPORTING students of varying abilities to achieve their full potential in mathematics.
  • Contributing to the wider school community through participation in extra-curricular activities and events.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the maths curriculum and best teaching practices.

Key Requirements:

  1. A qualified teacher with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  2. Strong subject knowledge in mathematics and a passion for teaching the subject.
  3. Experience teaching maths at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
  4. A proactive approach to lesson planning and the ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners.
  5. A commitment to continuous professional development and a collaborative approach to working with colleagues.
