Job Title: Commissioning Lead

Sanctuary Personnel Ltd, a leading recruitment agency, is seeking a highly skilled Commissioning Lead to join their team. This is a permanent position based in Redbridge, with a salary of up to £61,617 per annum.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop services to support the Children & Families Service in delivering and improving services to children and families.
  • Lead the management of local service development projects, including developing and maintaining project timetables.
  • Develop and maintain good liaison and co-operation with the local community, community groups, and other agencies and non-statutory organisations.
  • Develop options to support children and their families with assessed needs, in conjunction with other service areas and external agencies.
  • Ensure effective service delivery and meet agreed performance targets.
  • Assist the Service Manager in supervising and developing individual staff to ensure they meet expectations in relation to the council's statutory responsibilities, policies, and standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in commissioning and service development.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain good relationships with stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
