About the Role:

We are seeking experienced and professional hospitality staff to join our team at Chefoholics LTD. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and Serving Guests: Greet and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Take orders, serve food and beverages, and provide excellent customer service to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
  • Table Setup and Maintenance: Ensure tables are clean, tidy, and set up appropriately for each event, maintaining a high level of presentation and cleanliness.
  • Event Support: Assist with event setup, service, and breakdown as required, working effectively as part of a team to deliver a successful event.
  • Teamwork: Work effectively as part of a team, communicating clearly and providing support to colleagues as needed.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience working as hospitality staff in a similar environment is essential.
  • Transportation: Own transport is required for traveling to various locations in Northamptonshire.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills are required to provide a high level of service to our guests.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work in fast-paced environments and remain calm under pressure, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and on short notice.
