Senior Operations Manager

A dynamic and ambitious law firm is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead its senior team and contribute to the achievement of its strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Oversight: Ensure seamless firm performance by overseeing day-to-day operations and implementing process improvements.
- Compliance Management: Manage compliance across all teams, updating the Practice Manual as necessary, to maintain the firm's high standards.
- Financial Reporting: Generate and distribute accurate and timely monthly financial reports to inform business decisions.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with Directors on strategic initiatives, including HR management, staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
- IT Infrastructure: Coordinate IT infrastructure upgrades and manage vendor relationships to ensure efficient operations.
- Compliance Certifications: Renew professional insurances and manage compliance certifications to maintain the firm's reputation.

As a successful candidate, you will bring:
- Proven experience managing operations within a law firm.
- Strong HR skills and expertise.
- In-depth knowledge of compliance, financial operations, and law firm management.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
- An organised, detail-oriented, and proactive approach.
- Proficiency with IT and a passion for implementing process improvements.
