Podiatry Lead

BRS Health Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly experienced Principal Podiatrist to lead their new West London clinic.

This position offers a unique opportunity for a skilled and motivated individual to take on a leadership role in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As the key contact for the podiatry team, you will be responsible for managing issues and escalating to the Head of Podiatry when necessary.

You will provide expert guidance and support to the team, ensuring that they deliver exceptional patient care and achieve business growth objectives. With a strong focus on customer service, you will work closely with patients to understand their needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success as a Podiatrist, with expertise in various foot treatments (laser, acupuncture, biomechanics, etc.). They will possess excellent communication skills, be able to motivate and guide the podiatry team, and have experience working in private clinics.

The estimated salary for this role is £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, dependent on experience. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, with optional weekend afternoon shifts available at an enhanced rate.
