About the Role

We are seeking a Vision Care Consultant to join our team at The Boots Company PLC. As a Vision Care Consultant, you will work collaboratively with customers to understand their vision care needs and provide personalized recommendations to ensure they receive the best product suited to their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with customers to understand their vision care needs
  • Provide personalized recommendations to ensure customers receive the best product suited to their requirements
  • Support the team to deliver an efficient model day and operational processes to ensure that the business trades legally
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues to enhance customer experience and drive sales growth

Requirements:

  • Registration with the General Optical Council (GOC)
  • PASSION FOR YOUR OWN LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT, COMPLETING ALL CPD TRAINING AS PART OF THE GOC REQUIREMENT
