Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Quantitative Research Director to join our team in Central London.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality research projects, working with clients across various sectors and methodologies. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing research strategies, leading project teams, and ensuring timely delivery of outputs.

Key Requirements
  • Excellent client management skills, including strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A deep understanding of quantitative research methods and techniques, including data analysis and interpretation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to produce high-quality outputs.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage project financials, including budgeting and resource allocation.
  • Experience in mentoring and developing junior team members.
