Job Role

We are seeking a caring and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will work one-to-one with our clients, providing support and companionship to help them maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
  • Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as mobility and transfers
  • Engage in activities and hobbies with clients to promote social interaction and mental stimulation
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition or behavior to the care team

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a caring and empathetic individual with excellent communication skills. You will also need to be physically able to perform the duties of the role and have a valid DBS check.
