Administrative Assistant Opportunity

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join a vibrant school in North London, located in Haringey.

The school is seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant with a minimum of 2 years of experience working across both primary and secondary school settings.

The role is available for an immediate start and offers a great opportunity for an experienced Administrative Assistant looking to make a real impact in a supportive school environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the school office.
  • Manage attendance records, handle inquiries from parents and staff, and support the school's communication efforts.
  • Assist with preparing reports, letters, and other important school documents.
  • Ensure the efficient running of the office, including managing supplies and coordinating appointments.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant within both primary and secondary schools.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using school management systems and other relevant IT software.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with staff, parents, and students.
