Role Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Advisor. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service and sales support to customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Provide product and service information to customers to help them make informed purchasing decisions
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales techniques and product knowledge
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team sales goals and objectives
