Job Title: Call Centre Advisor

We're seeking a skilled Call Centre Advisor to join our team. As a Call Centre Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients via phone and online
  • Listen to client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements
  • Work closely with our sales team to secure appointments and complete sales
  • Meet set targets through your product knowledge and customer service skills
Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Experience in telesales, retail, estate agency, or customer service
  • Basic IT skills
  • Ability to work in a team and follow direction
  • Self-motivation and a strong work ethic
